1/3 Fresno fans. Hardly anyone there. Thankfully they were not obnoxious. I noticed they sitting in section one in large groups as if they had bought these tickets. How is this possible? I upgraded my seats and got very good seats in section 17 but nothing was available in section 1. Are they holding these lower level seats for visiting fans?I ask this because the small section of chairbacks to the left of section one, behind the plane of the basket have been removed .Section 126 low is gone as is the other small section next to section 3. Those sections are in dark green

Here is some information from Cal for those who are interested. I would imagine those who season tickets were in the removed sections were given first crack at any non renewed seats in sections 1,2,3. 15,16, and 17 .

The entire pullout sections on the West side and North end were replaced over the summer.

We upgraded the seats/bleacher structure and created more space behind the team benches, corners, and score table. Part of this was to meet ADA code.

You'll also notice we eliminated on row of the VIP floor seats on the East side.

All subtle but necessary changes.

My guess is that a lot of season ticket holders in Sec 1 decided not to attend and put their tickets up for sale and these were grabbed by FSU fans.

There are usually ony 4-6 seats available in section 1 for any game. I watch stub hub and have never seen the volume that would account for this. People in this section historically never sell seats. They just dont show up. Only a few for sale for Oregon State this thursday.
