I was at that 1986 fUCLA game, I was a student then and went to every game that season. It was a very exciting turnaround season after quite a few losing seasons and that game was the big turning point. We stormed the floor when it was over and very few left the building for a long time watching the players cut down the nets and celebrating. Years later I had a chance to meet and chat with Kevin Johnson and told him that it was maybe my most memorable sports moment ever that I was in attendance.
Another play I fondly remember, although not meaningful as far as outcome was a Jason Kidd to Lamond Murray alley-oop for a dunk when we were beating fUCLA by 20 points at their house.
