Yes we were up 9 v. UW at halftime in Seattle, but lost going away. We need to not go into a shell and continue playing like this.

Keep doing what is working. Play solid D, box out and run the high ball screen until someone gets an open 17 footer. Eventually, they will need to start contesting and that is when we can drive all of the way to the hoop. I'd also have Alajiki or Grant set the high ball screen so they can open up for a jumper when they start crashing hard on the ball handler.

I'd also like to see us commit fewer than 3 TOs this half. If we do that, we have a really good chance. Oregon is going to start pressing. I'm worried about our ability to play against pressure.

Joel has elite athleticism and can get to the rack almost anytime.

He just needs a runner and/or pullup.
