Upsets happen (well not usually for us) but the score will be surprising to most.Big C said:

I thought we were supposed to keep politics out of this. Besides Shepherd scored only 33 but the Constitution requires 35.
Announcer on Arizona game says every dog has his day. Thats not very nice.

sheperd reminds me of Remy Martin in that he uses a variety of ball handling to get into the paint and either score or make plays for others. Both play with alot of poise, vision and understanding of the game
These players are hard to defend because you don't know if they are going to shoot, pass inside, pass outside, stop and shoot, hesi, stop and go, up and under ... back and attack ...
sheperd is not as talented as Remy, but has a similar game and is more athletic than Remy

Shepherd's dunk put an exclamation mark on the first half and his what-the-hell three-pointer did the same at the very end!

Can he come back next year?
If that dunk had been over a defender, it'd have to be in contention for greatest Cal dunk of all time. Even as is, it's gotta be in the top 50 or so. That's the fourth in the last several weeks for the baby-faced grad transfer!

No, he's done next month, unfortunately. He only got this year because of COVID.

Best dunk in the last 5 years. Let's put him in the top 25!, I don't remember Ed Gray splitting two defenders, leaving one on the ground, and finishing with a behind the head 2 hand slam.

This team could have packed it in with Kelly's injury, and has instead stepped-up. That shows character. The players and coaches deserve credit.
