The play by Jordan Shepherd beating the shot clock at around 2:10 in the highlights linked below (then replayed from a different angle) was insane. That was my first in-person Cal game since before the pandemic. My wife and I picked a good one to attend!

Nice to see a heartbeat in this corpse of a program. I'm very happy they were able to get a good win in front of so many of our old studs in the audience. The alternative would have been sad.

They had so many of us students that one of the Haas guys told me they were 100 over capacity (for the student section), & they had to get the band director to ask the us to pack it in tighter so the band had space to play!

Picked a good time to catch my first game in person.
Lars looked active and had contributions on both ends of the court. That pass to GA was amazing. Hope that's good a sign for next year.
Shepherd was on fire. Not sure what Cal will do on offense next year without him and the other seniors. But that's a problem for next year.

Oh you guys were WAY over 100 above student section capacity. There were probably more than 100 students that popped into my section just looking for seats.eastcoastcal said:
