California (Fox) has alot of compettition. This sharpshooter is also holding offers from:
Alabama, Auburn, Syracuse, Seton Hall, Kentucky, Alabama, Notre Dame, Monmouth have also offerred

What are the odds? What did the recruit tell Roc to get him to extend this offer?

Very true, but other than a single grad transfer it didn't seem like Fox was even targeting 3 pt shooters previously, and they were not his focus in 9 years of recruiting at Georgia, so it is a notable change.
