His motor: highest I have ever witnessed at any level. He played like his life depended on it. No close second. His cardio routine must have been off the charts. Perhaps cross country running.
Cal legend and a special player for sure, but if we're talking pure production and play, a bit overrated. I think advanced stats will bear out that among his contemporaries, Randle, Crabbe, and even Cobbs were better.
