I get that he is amateur, but GEEZ, he needs to take a one hour seminar on enunciation (exercise those zygomatics!) and general speaking. I could hardly understand a word he said.
Edit: I watched again and it could be his audio equipment. I don't want him to see this and get discouraged. Guys like this just need to hone their craft.

FWIW I listened on a good system and I think his audio is fine. I think he's speaking in a fast, mumbled monotone and could use a voice coach (or speech therapist).BeachedBear said:

I'm not complaining about the content, just the delivery. I missed about every third word.
The closed captioning helped but was obviously auto-generated and missed more than a few words.
Perhaps the author was just trying to cram too many words into too little time, like someone reading the disclaimers on a TV ad. My suggestion is to slow down a bit by adding a little more space between words and a lot more space between sentences.

I think BB's observation (some may call positive criticism) is valid. The presenter did a very good job presenting Cal's team and given he is doing it for 100 teams he is clearly doing a lot of homework. Perhaps, as you suggest, he may have a speech disability. That said, it was a bit tough to follow at times. I would hope that should the presenter read this feedback from BB and others that he would take it in a positive light.HoopDreams said:

Hopefully, you picked up on my main point - which is to agree with your second one. Love the content, love the effort, He has a bright future.
80% awesome. 20% frustrating. Just hoping he can make that 95/5 - all for his success.
Personal note: I grew up with a speech impediment (that was what it was called then). It took focus and effort and discomfort to address it and overcome it. I am thankful to those that made me address it. I never thought they were trying to dismiss me or put me down.
