I guess I'm old and stupid, but I am stumped by the new "All In One" feature for downloading the BB tickets. Within the Cal Bears App, and "manage tickets", I tap the "All In One" icon to "Add to Wallet". My phone (iPhone, if that matters) then switches to a "downloading" page. If I accept the download - SOMETHING seems to happen but then a blank screen. Going to the Apple Wallet, it is still empty. Going back to the Cal Bears App shows no change - still listing the tickets along with the "All In One" option. Do I have to find the downloaded files somewhere? And if so, where would I look?
Anyone?

I was able to do it ok. Did not get a blank screen. Only the first game will appear in theApple wallet. The rest appear one by one as a game is over. You can still go to ticket transfer option and transfer individual games to friends. I would call them if you still have trouble.

Just when we were used to the system, some idiot decided to justify his job and change everything, not for the better. If it aint broke, don't fix it.

Just to update, in case anyone else has the same problem, I finally worked out why I could not utilize the auto download feature for the mobile tickets. I have Firefox as my default browser (privacy nut here). When I changed my default setting back to Safari, the downloading to the Apple Wallet worked fine.
