Per Boyd Gaming: first is for winning conference (+3,000), second is NCAA Title.
Ranked 9th in conference and 53rd overall. I think Cal is a bit underated here.

53rd best team in college basketball? That's too high. For some perspective: Last season, the NCAA tournament committee ranked the teams in the tournament field from 1-68. The last at-large team to make the field was ranked #46. The 53rd best team would thus be maybe 2 wins short of being selected to the NCAA tournament.

I'm optimistic that our Bears will be greatly improved this season, but predicting them to be the 53rd best team would be extremely optimistic.
