Go Bears!! I'm actually in Portland for the Tina Fey/Amy Poehler show with my wife. I feel like I'm so close to Cal basketball, and yet so far. I'll have to read about it later. Matchup of the league's top two rebounders. Hope Fardaws can hold his own, but it's another very difficult assignment. Get Larson some minutes to help.

Call me a Pollyanna, but I think spotting the Bears 8.5 points makes this a good bet for Cal.

Daws should do better vs the Ducks center, and I think we are longer than them except for Cone.

They have 3 solid scorers so it could turn on either Bears defending the 3 or dropping more than they do.

Cal doesn't have much of a home court advantage due to the Haas crowd still in process of being resurrected with the paddles….so maybe not being spoiled with a lot of fans works to our advantage in hostile territory.

Hoping that ducky, HoopDreams, SFCB and others with more advanced knowledge chip in here. I bet on Bears when the spread was 7.5.

Aimaq is playing well on offense. He has 14 first half points. The Cal team is really improving as the season has continued. They are playing Oregon really tough.

Is it just me, or is this their best first-half defensive effort so far this season? Getting some Oregon misses on open shots, too, which helps, but the team defensive seems much more active

Team needs to settle down and get back to what's working. We don't need to put the dagger in the first half. Work the inside and kick it out off of that for the threes. I really don't wanna give this team life
