Two weeks ago #1 Montverde Academy played #3 Prolific Prep. I have never seen this much high school talent in a regular high school game. Montverde features #1 2024 recruit Cooper Flagg (#32, Duke), among many others. Prolific Prep features #1 2025 recruit AJ Dybantsa (#3, Cal offer, I would be surprised if he attended).
I suspect there were between 5 and 10 future NBA players, it was insane. I later found out that the game was on ESPN2, so you might be able to watch a replay if you were so inclined.

Now I see that these two teams actually played twice. The highlights are from the recent game on Saturday. They also played two weeks again on ESPN2.

Cooper played basketball 30 minutes from me in Maine before transferring to Florida (I think). Much buzz about him.

These are more Euro-style professional developmental programs than any high school we're familiar with. Does Prolific even have non-athletes at their "school"?

That is really cool. He is actually starting to get a little negative buzz after all the positive buzz. Everyone picks at the guy at the top. He is clearly great. He is transitioning from a player who plays closer to the basket to one who plays farther away, and there are bumps in the road.

Yes, calling it a high school game might not be the right way to categorize it. American basketball is moving towards a European model, although most are still playing college for one year while waiting for the draft.

Still the talent is insane.
