We didn't have anyone around the key on kennedy's 1-1 with 30 sec left. That was ridiculous. What a finish tho. Some serious money balls.

Not gonna lie, that was very nerve-racking all the way through the 2nd half, but OT was a gutsy performance!!! Those back to back threes by Celestine and Cone were daggers! I'm glad the crowd got to see the W, that made me think back to the Montgomery days.
Thankfully it's a wed / sat schedule instead of Thurs / sat.

Not gonna lie, I was nervous as hell when they kept bailing out Collier with questionable whistles in the 2nd half while allowing contact on the other end. Collier shot as many FTs as our whole team and that's with the intentional fouls at the end for them to extend the game and try to come back.
We did it the hard way like we always do. I was worried we wouldn't have enough in the tank for OT considering how much we were having to work to make our shots but the guys came through and sent LBJ home sad. A great night all-around and, as always, Jaylon Tyson is our lord and savior. I wish we got to have him for more than one season but the NBA is calling and you don't let that one go to voicemail

Agree, this was a turning point for the Madsen era, showing we can pack a Haas like we used to. That's the most energy I've felt in Haas for many years, very gratifying. I was ready to rush the court if the students went, maybe Saturday!
I'm hoping this was just a good Socal-Norcal rivalry that drew more fans and not people trying to catch a glimpse of Lebron?

Since Cuonzo. His last year (2017) we were 9-3 after 12 PAC-12 games.

The win was great, but it was just great to see a Cal team that can put five players on the court who know how to play basketball. And a coach who runs an offense that lets them play that way.
