Sounds like multi year transfers can transfer again and be eligible next year (unlimited transfers).

In the new "we have no rules whatsoever anymore" NCAA, the next barrier broken might be limiting a player's number of years to be eligible. I mean, why shouldn't a player be able to enjoy the "freedom" to play college basketball as long as they want? Just enroll them in a certificate program, so there will be at least some tie to the college they are playing for. (Or not!)

I think the next barrier will be in-season transfers when someone challenges the portal windows.
