The ACC men's and women's basketball teams sent their coaches and 2-3 players to meet the media in Charlotte this week. The California men, represented by Coach Mark Madsen, sophomore Andrej Stojakovic, and grad student Mady Sissoko, took part in a team press conference this morning, livestreamed on ACCNX.

ESPN has a full replay, which you can watch if you have access to ACCNX content (sign in through your TV provider, if it carries the ACC Network channel).

The ACC offers a transcript (or PDF) of this presser if you can't access the video or would rather read it.

The ACC Digital Network posted a 1-minute clip on YouTube:

The Field of 68 is also interviewing the players and coaches today on one continuous livestream. Coach Madsen has already spoken with them; look for it after the Virginia players and before the lunch break.

This is also the event in which the media releases an ACC preseason poll and predicts all-conference teams, Player of the Year, and Rookie of the Year. I think those will be announced Friday.

I was just about to post the video that smokeyrover posted above. That was the ACC Network segment with Mark Madsen getting interviewed by Taylor Tannenbaum, Carlos Boozer, and Luke Hancock.

Here's the other ACC Network segment: Mady Sissoko and Andrej Stojakovic talk to Mark Packer and Seth Greenberg.

Jamie Shaw of On3 has a brief video of Stojakovic as well:

The ACC finally announced their preseason poll and awards. It's the East Coast media bias you'd expect, with the exception of the one voter who named Jeremiah Wilkinson the preseason Rookie of the Year.
