Nonconference road win… that's quite a dry spell, glad it's over. Great effort, sent those Trojans packing! Go Bears!

Did not see that coming after the Vandy game, congrats to the team, showed something down the stretch. Nice to get the win against Musselman and the Trojans.

Especially after that "game" yesterday.
If you believe in forever
Then life is just a one-night stand
If there's a rock and roll heaven
Well you know they've got a hell of a band

If you told me we would get 1 of 2 on the road vs Vandy and USC I would absolutely take it. Way to go lads!

No offense, but after seeing posts like this on the football team, I would suggest you delete it. Let's just enjoy the ride one win at a time!

This was my first time seeing the BBALL team in a couple years, and what a win on the road by the Bears. Random thoughts.

- I've always like Mark Madsen, even when he was at Furd. Glad to see his passion from his playing days hasn't changed much now as a coach. Im surprised he wasn't hit with a technical for being on the court so much. LOL.

- Stojakovic is a stud. Very smooth shooter, confident, and good ball movement. He needs work on ball handling and quicker passes.

- Our bigs aren't much of an offensive threat but we should get the ball down in the block more to muscle guys in and either go for a layup or pass it out wide for a 3

- Crowd at SC was pretty sparse. They play a lot of loud canned music. Plus side, we weren't subjected to the awful U$C band much. Kind of sucks for the students though.

- Go Bears

From the USC message board, "Seeing the Cal fans happy was worse than losing"

I doubt the crowd would have been much better at Haas, without providing low-cost or free tickets to students.
I do feel like our bigs are good at finishing around the rim at least this year, and we also seem to be a decent rebounding team overall. Also I don't see a lot of drop off when we go to our bench, plus on offense we are relying mostly on isolation and baskets off of dribble drives, without being particularly good from 3. I feel like with our depth and the type of offense we are relying on so far why not use some sort of press to speed up the flow of the game to tire out the opposition/involve more players and get our players more opportunities in transition and in the open court.

Crowd sparse...canned music...little band play. It's not just us. Who are the idiots ruining college sports?

It's not like USC has ever had great attendance at basketball games.
