Randle and Zaza talked at halftime. They seem to know each other pretty well. Wonder what the connection is there.

I sit courtside one more seat to the right in the picture with Gen4 sitting to my other side. I got to talk with Jerome and Javon. Javon is mature beyond his years and worked the Courtside Club like a veteran being very engaging with everyone who approached him and often flashing a warm smile. Last year Jerome sat next to me for a game and recalled that event. Jerome still wants to get into coaching after having a very successful career playing overseas.

With the students gone I considered sitting in the student section to try to talk to him, but I was with a relative who was attending their first Cal basketball game so we stayed in my seats

Peja attends all home games… I wonder where he lives

They live in Sac. Carmichael, I believe. Near Jesuit High School. Or at least did recently.

Harky-- any sense of whether Jerome would be a good strategic coach? Aka not just a recruiting personality but rather genuinely a net positive towards scheming, player development, etc. Seems to me that the staff has the charm to land players but I would like to see an improvement in player development & playsets. Any opinion on if Jerome would be a positive towards this?
