Mahi went the JUCO route at West Valley and had a breakout season there, leading him to transfer to Santa Clara. His stats don't jump off the charts which is good in terms of the cost, but I've been watching him for a while and he seems to be a player that can fix our woes especially on the offensive end.
And by the way, he put 16 points and 8 rebounds on Cal in a closed scrimmage. If anyone has any connections to the Cal Basketball staff, please let them know about Mahi. He's super underrated.
He is good friends with Celestine and I really hope the staff will take a chance on him.
