I'll tell you what though, that twit has a very fast first step to the hoop that drew a lot of foul calls...and then he had the unmitigated gall to make most of his free throws. That dude is worth drafting. He annoys the crap out of me but he gots game.

The refs treated him like a Diva and let him create space for many of his shots by shoving off. We still got whupped, though.

He played very soft D on Kravish. Every time Kravish got the ball down low he was able to get off a clean shot. Powell wonted no part of picking up a foul.

Mike Cohen - with no irony, sarcasm, or humor and with complete honesty this time: I do not literally hate everyone that went to Stanford or is associated with Stanford. Nor do I literally hate Dwight Powell, John Elway, Tiger Woods, or really any one in real life actually, Stanford or otherwise.

In a weird twist, I even have an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford. I sometimes work with Stanford alums and have Stanford alums as customers. Shocking stuff. Given the context of this thread and entire board really, I assumed the usage of 'hate' above to be in a whimsical sports hatred sense - like UCLA-USC, Mich-OSU and so on - not in a personal sense. That is the sense in which I hate Stanfurd and certain Stanfurd athletes and associated figures. Hope that clears it up. Thank you for your support.

Now let's kick their tails the next time we play them (in any sport).

Agreed, I'm not sure why this was necessary to say. Isn't it obvious that we don't literally hate a person just because they attended a school that is, purely by virtue of it's physical distance, the traditional rival of our school? It's a ludicrous notion. Of course, on the other hand, I hate people who went to USC with the intensity of a thousand burning suns.
