And as a point of clarification -Cuonzo's specific role in the sexual harrassment reporting incident wasn't under investigation as was loosely reported by much of the media. It was a thorough review of each of the reporting steps and the timeline they occurred within for the whole department.

The investigation is now complete and found that Athletics Department employees responded appropriately and promptly per UC policy guidelines.

Sorry, not at all that I don't believe you, but you are passing that tidbit along from ....? Who/where?
The reason I ask is because there was a ton of speculation all over the place and that would seem to be an important thing for the investigating office to release so as to completely explain and dismiss ANY and all speculation that existed.

I'm sure other programs tried to use it against them but their primary targets didn't seem to move off Cal.

I'd guess the worst if any fallout would be that some of the more recent offers don't have Cal in their top teams right now but that could easily change with the investigation over and the contract official.
