1. It boggles my mind that they still have yellow numbers on a white jersey. You literally cannot see the #'s on tv at all. In person it's a little better and fortunately I think I usually know who the players are, but man if I was a visiting fan or broadcaster I'd be so annoyed.
2. Other than the complaint above, I like the uniforms and the subtle changes they have added.
3. Since they got rid of the press above the student section, is there any update or plan on lowering the camera angle like they did for that one game last year? I will go to most games, but when I have to stay home, I still get so annoyed by the high angle. The lower angle is a tad too low, but it's better than the main angle.
4. I was shocked to see (hadn't noticed before) that XFinity has now put the national feed in HD and the Bay Area feed is in SD. So last night the Cal game was only in SD live. What a _____ decision that is. I think the next few games will be on the national feed, but going forward, what about all of those soccer and volleyball and other events that are on the local feed....are we basically SOL for seeing them in HD?
