It doesn't look good now but to dismiss the entire year on one half is a bit premature. A very frustrating game but San Diego is a good team and they have confidence. They have essentially neutralized Rabb with the double-team, a tactic that I think he will see every game this year. If Bird was playing it would make a significant difference. I think it will be very hard for Cal to win tonight, certainly not impossible. Maybe Moore can get hot again. Too many missed shots, but it's an unknown arena and some have problems with an unfamiliar backdrop. Yes, San Diego is hitting the shots, what can you say? Cal can still play good defense, and maybe Rabb can even get some shots in spite of the double-team. But it's a long road up, and this isn't UC Irvine.

Our bench is out scoring the starters 15-10.

College basketball is being ruined by the officials. It's been this way for the last several years, and the PAC 12 is even worse. And they wonder why the fan base keeps going down.

I hate at the beginning of every season they call every damn foul possible and by feb the refs let them play

And Domingo, well, poor shot selection and more. Lose to SDSU in FB is bad, in FB and BB is downright horrible.

I don't think Domingo's shot selection is poor. Not playing with a lot of confidence right now and it looks like he's going up off balance but the shots he's taking look fine.

Maybe. I think he isn't that good off the curl. He is better on the step in. WOuld love to track it.

Domingo should just stop - we've been waiting for the shot to drop and it ain't dropping. Stick with d and layups

The anemic offense is one thing but these fouls make the game impossible to watch.
