Has this place opened yet? The bad news is they use grass fed beef which I do not like. But might be worth a try since they have Coke and Strauss milkshakes.

Where are you hearing that Super Duper uses grass-fed beef (meaning not finished on grain)? Their burgers are way too tasty for that! Not the best burger in the Bay Area, but perhaps the best for under $10 maybe. Two thin patties that get a nice crust. The house pickles are a bonus.

Also found this, which may be very dishonest to me. I have a post about Niman Ranch using GMOs here and the info on their website. I went to Super Duper in the city and was told by the manager that their burgers are 100% grass fed, this is NOT TRUE, and I find this kind of misinformation and greenwashing really frustrating. If you want to use regular "all natural" beef which is another way of saying GMO fed meat, then by all means do it, but you should not be saying your meat is grass fed in your advertising and your employees should understand the difference between grass fed, and just regular "all natural" meat, which again is not really "all natural" because the animals are eating GMOs, and GMOs are anything but natural. If you want to learn more about the "all natural" scam, you can read more about it in this artic

This is from an article I found. Maybe it isnt. If so,good news. I was taken to a place in ny city by a friend and could not eat the grass fed burgers. Bigcscam and unsustainable

My favorite is at the Mission Bowling Club. At happy hour you can get the burger and fries for $10. Other standouts are at Serpentine and Garaje. Many swear by the burgers at Zuni and Original Joe's, but I'm not a fan of the focaccia bun (Zuni) or the hard sourdogh roll (Joe's). The one grass fed burger I really like is at Nopa. I'm guessing they add fat to it.

Roam in SF is also amazing, and Garaje is in a special class by itself.

Roam is in Lafayette as well. And yes - the burgers are good (as well as the other items I've tried there).
