This is Berkeley Restaurant Week. I will be going to the Alumni House Thursday for the Hoop Party, but Saturday I will be going to Skates on the Bay. Here is more information:

I did have to reschedule my reservation Saturday due to the change in game time.

What is kips doing? Supposed to meet some friends
. Maybe they could do us the honor of turning on their pizza oven.

I assume after 5 years, the downstairs is still closed. Maybe they ahould get the defunct owners of Gios to put in a Bocce Ball court. That would surely attract students and alumni

I have not been to Skates for awhile, but since Spenger's and Hs Lordships closed, I am going back to them for seafood. I went to Kip's a few years ago when Cal played on the same day as the Superbowl. I may do that again this year. They are not part of restaurant week.

I'm glad I clicked on this post. I already was aware of Berkeley Restaurant Week, but this is the first I'd heard about a change in game time for Saturday. Did you receive an email notice about it?

Not only that, if you have a permit for bancroft fulton lot, there ould be a problem as there is a sign there warning of towing as lot is reserved all day for Womens Water Polo.until 7 pmHave called Cal and left a message. Another reason not to go. The stupidity never stops

I go to Skates occasionally. I wouldn't call it exciting but I think the food is pretty good and the view is nice.

I received an email from my Gold Standard rep of the time change on 1/17.
