I guess not Eliza which would have been nice. We do get tons of experience though (former head coach at Northeastern.) Will focus on the offensive side which seems good.

She is not Eliza Pierre for defense but she will run the offense at Cal. Maybe she will actually install an offense in Berkeley like many college teams run...I hope so because it could make a *major difference* for this team.

I like this hire. Coaching experience is huge. As is her history in working with Coach Smith.

Her East Coast connections may also come in handy on the recruiting front.

Agree. Wrapping the current talent with a cohesive offensive strategy and tactics will enable the Bears to realize more of their potential. Of course, it will also require player development to ensure players are capable of competently executing the offense.
