Here's what I think might be happening. Beginning July 1, women's basketball, like men's basketball, will be allowed to add two coaches to the staff who will engage in coaching activities but may not recruit off campus. For the Bears, maybe one of these coaches could be the recruiting coordinator. This frees up the current "Paul Reed" position to be a full-time coach without the recruiting coordinator responsibilities.
Right now, Eliza, Heidi and Charmin go out on the road to recruit. The "new" campus-only recruiting coordinator/coach could organize and coordinate these trips and visits.
With this open spot, maybe Charmin should hire an experienced coach with mentoring skills to help/advise her as some on here have suggested.
