Both things can be true.

CC had some freaking amazing assists, and unfortunately one perfect, long, between two defender passes was momentarily bobbled by the streaking teammate resulting in a foul instead of easy layup…would have been her 10th assist

And 2 of her TOs were on very questionable no calls… one where she lost the ball from being tripped running full speed, and one when she was stationary holding the ball and the defender ran up to body her …ref called a travel because she slid her foot from the contact

Clark is an awful off-the-ball defender, though she is getting better. (The only way to tell is to watch her, and not the ball, during numerous possessions, which I have done (what that says about me I leave up to you.)

Rebounds have little to do with defense, and in fact, if you're not playing team defense, it's actually easier to get rebounds because you are focusing on the ball, not the offensive players and their movement.

She played well last night against a tired team playing back-to-back nights. She's a brilliant shotmaker and a wonderful offensive player.
