I have a season pass for parking. I have to print out passes for each game. So far I have been to three games where I used the passes. Imagine my surprise to find that on the day of the games when I parked there, with the passes on my dashboard, I was charged extra for parking there. It was like my passes did not matter. So I was charged 6, 6,and 7 dollars for those games. You should check your credit cards to find if you too were charged. My rep said that wasn't right. I know that. This is the reason they are losing fans.

On my credit card. The school has my credit card to pay for my season tickets.

That's so weird. I checked and wasn't charged. So crazy. Sorry this happened to you. I only have cc charges for exhibition game and the open practice (I used machine to pay) but all my parking pass games have been ok.
