I'll let S 71 give a more detailed version, but they are in a hot streak now. They are a good defensive team (in the top35 in Opp FG %). but they are a lousy shooting team them selves. They don't create turnovers. Thery shoot 23.8 % from three point land with only one player who shoots well (Taylor Donaldson. ). They rebound well but I think that is because they make their opposition miss a lot so they gather defensive rebounds. They are not a tall team on paper.

The last team we played was supposedly undersized but their center was almost as tall as Michele. So some exaggerate their heights both ways. Can tell when they jump center.

They are 6-3 overall. And 2-2 in away games.

They haven't played a game since December 8th!

Am going to the first game but not the second. Usually, I stay for one half of the second but I'm baby sitting a cat, so i have to get back. Saw Temple [lay West Virginia last week and they looked decent. west Virginia looked great so losing by 20 wasn't as bad as you might think.

If you go today and stay for the second you might tell us how they look. I see us favored heavily for both games but you never know.

we need to clean up our turnovers. as this is a good defensive team it should be a good opportunity to emphasize and practice that. Also might be a good opportunity to play some of the younger players again

Lots of sloppy interior passing. If they throw another cross court pass..I'll scream!!

Fordham plays tough D. Fortunately they struggle making buckets vs. Cal D. Tactical adjustments and taking care of the ball in second half will determine this game.

So, after Clarendon talks about Cal needing to slow it down and use some clock, Bears rush a couple of plays and Donaldson brings lead down to 11 with 243 to go and Cal calls time.

The Bears could open up a pastry shop with all the turnovers they create. The free throw shooting was abysmal top but the game was never in doubt. Decent crowd given that students are gone and many fans are elsewhere. Expect and need a better performance tomorrow but it's job done for tonight.
