no norcal girls ranked. and not the strongest showing for CA in general. but i think Decosta will be very high up there for 2018. She was #5 by ASGR entering usa trials, but I think she could be even higher now. Maybe #2 behind the Texan Collier.

Yes, its still very early. USA usually turn over at least half of their team by the following year. It can expose those who have difficulty following instruction, going hard, attitude, being a good teammate etc. Always good to follow plus some players haven't been fully evaluated at this point.
