Cal Hammer Thrower Rogers Really Nails It

Camryn Rogers, Cal’s record-setting hammer thrower, leads a contingent of Bears in the West Coast Classic Saturday afternoon.

The meet takes place in two sites, with the sprints and jumps taking place at the University of Arizona and the throws and distance races in Eugene, OR, which is where Rogers will be.

“The meet is going to be a lot of fun,” Rogers said this week in a telephone interview. “I think it is going to be a really exciting meet.
