Bears will host the 130th Big Meet. This will be the last collegiate home meet for our graduating seniors, including world recorder-holder in the discus, Mykolas Alekna. The men's discus is scheduled to start at 1pm.. The seniors will be honored before the running of the 4x400 relay. Last chance to check out Mykolas. The men won last year by a lopsided of 114-48 and the women loss in a close score of 87-76.

Cal is off to a very good start for both the men's and women's teams. They have identical leads of 22 for Cal and 5 for Stanford after a few field events. Alekna will be throwing the discus at roughly 1 pm--a new Big Meet record should be one of the results.
