Cal Field Hockey Announces 2025 Schedule - California Golden Bears Athletics
Cal field hockey appears to be struggling to retain their players with an announced roster of nineteen players as compared to last season's twenty-six. The key, however, is their star player, Liz Klompmaker, is returning. She was a freshman from the Netherlands and scored 15 goals in 17 games. Fifteen of the players were foreign in 2024. I find it interesting.

My daughter played four years of high school field hockey in San Jose so that's why I follow how the team is faring each season. The Bears finished 7-10 last season.
