2018 WOMEN'S NCAAS: HOW DID OUR TOP 20 RECRUITS PERFORM AS FRESHMEN?

Think some of y'all may be interested in this.
Overall, the one recruit that was massively underrated was Texas' Evie Pfeifer, who scored the second-most points out of the recruits plotted out in the chart.
Sarah (12 points) and Robin (16 points) also handily scored more than most of the top 20 recruits, after Anna Belousova (Texas A&M), Brooke Forde (Furd), Evie (mentioned above), and Sarah behind Bailey Bonnett (Kentucky).
In contrast, UAC's longtime favorite Cal hopeful Nikol Popov didn't even qualify for NCs, while steadily regressing from her best times (100 breast regressed to a 1:01 at midseason, and a 1:02 at the last chance meet). That's not to say that Cal visitor and ultimately Furd swimmer Ashley Volpenhein didn't quite make it either.
