Sounds like a good argument for Congress to pass an election reform bill.

Election reform sounds nice but you have to read the bill first to see what's in it.

I'm sure Republicans will present their own productive suggestions any day now.
Eliminate all USPS mailboxes!! ;-)

This is just another example of the two tiered justice system. Anyone other than Trump would have been indicted as a co conspirator, but like in Michigan he's been given a break.

And no conservatives will complain about this unequal application of the law to benefit him.

Correct. When the Democrats cast alternate electors it's called 'dueling electors.' When the Republicans cast alternate electors it's called 'fake electors' and indictments come down from crooked Democrat attorneys general.

It's called election interference. You yawn because the Democrats have been stealing elections for a long time.

Not at all. Prosecution didn't think they could meet the burden of proof against Trump, just like "the big guy," lying Joe.

Everyone knows tRump never got more than 50 to 55M legitimate votes in 2016 or 2020. Michael Cohen said the thing that drives tRump the most schtzoid is when he thinks he got out cheated.
He underestimated how many votes he needed to "find" to beat Biden. He figured if he tacked on 7M more than he did against HRC, he would win easily but it wouldn't look too obviously fraudulent. He won't make than mistake again. He will board 85M+ "votes," "win" the election and then basically say, "What the f@uck are you going to do about it?"

I am not an anti-vaxxer. I am neither a fan of Trump or Biden. I do feel there was an illegal conspiracy against Trump to keep him from getting reelected, and, while I don't like Biden and many liberal policies, it might have benefited America because Trump is likely more dangerous than Biden.

He is likely referring to 1960 Hawaii when both parties openly selected electors because a recount was not finished. Ultimately the Hawaii Governor certified Kennedy as the winner and his electors were counted in Congress.

That is not the same as Traitor Trump's electors forming in secret after the counting was finished and certified and done in a broader conspiracy to overturn the election.

Tucker's conclusion isn't supported by the survey results.

Most importantly, there's no weighting on the different possible mechanisms of "fraud."

I suspect that the most popular form of "fraud" is for one spouse to do the political research and to fill out a ballot for the other, with their spouse's permission and approval -- especially if one spouse is working full time and the other isn't. I would suspect that this is the most common mail ballot "fraud."

Fortunately, the numbers for this type of "fraud" are almost exactly the same between Trump voters, Biden voters, and everyone. So -- the most likely method of "fraudulent" voting is the least likely to have an effect on the outcome of an election!

I just don't see very many "close friends" or "co-workers" being willing to give up their franchise, and offering their "permission to fill out & sign their mail-in ballot." Who does that?

It's clear that Justin Haskins, from the Heartland Institute, has zero knowledge of how elections are run. IF a close friend or co-worker filled out & signed a mail-in ballot, and they were a registered voter & had already voted, that person could easily be charged for voting twice. Clearly, the 2nd ballot submitted would be rejected. Also, if someone filled out & signed a ballot, and they were not registered to vote, OR if the signatures didn't match, those ballots would also be rejected.

As usual, the claims of "voter fraud" are overblown, and not supported by the survey results. Besides -- any difference between the responses of Trump & Biden voters is statistically insignificant. And these are the ballots that would be rejected anyway.

What's far more concerning is Justin Haskins' "remedies" for the supposed "fraud" -- requiring the notarizing of ballots!! That's a Poll Tax -- clearly illegal.

The Repubs are still trying desperately to keep Dems from voting. The astonishing part is that the Trump campaign's obsession with mail-in ballots probably cost Trump the 2020 election. Elderly Republicans are among the most reliable voters anywhere, and the Repubs don't even see how many votes they LOSE when they attempt to keep Democrats from voting.

Haskins & Tucker Carlson also make another huge mistake. They confuse expressed intent with actual crime. But the two are not the same.

I arranged the actual survey questions & results to make it easier to compare the survey results between Biden & Trump voters:

You guys invent a narrative.
The truth is Mexicans have been crossing the southern border since forever. It's thousands of miles long and they can't easily be stopped. The wall was not a viable solution and the republicans and democrats have been arguing for a long time about the politics of many aspects of the southern border such that nothing gets done, to everyone's demise.

Unresolved, unnegotiated issues include:
Physical barrier vs other
Environmental aspects, animal crossings
Land owners rights
Changing river flows
Dreamers citizenship status
…probably others

Your narrative that democrats are importing people so that they can illegally vote is insane.

I understand that if enough of you tell yourselves the same thing repetitiously, it'll become fact in your head. Mankind has a great ability to delude itself.

Democrats recently started openly incentivizing illegal border crossings. Didn't Biden roll back some Trump policies that reduced this illegal immigration? Aren't we now flying illegal immigrants further into the country and putting them up in hotel rooms? Don't liberal NGOs now advertise in South America to encourage immigrants to come here where they provide them papers?

Didn't Biden roll back some Trump policies that reduced this illegal immigration?
There is a bipartisan bill sitting in Congress that President Biden would sign and close the border. Republicans won't pass it because they think chaos is a good election strategy.

Quote:

Aren't we now flying illegal immigrants further into the country and putting them up in hotel rooms?
I don't know if this is true or not but I do know that our laws require us to allow asylum seekers to stay in country until they are processed. Doing this would alleviate pressure in border areas like Texas. There is a bipartisan bill sitting in Congress that President Biden would sign that would modernize our amnesty processes. Republicans won't pass it because they think chaos is a good election strategy.

Quote:

I don't know if this is true or not but I do know that the NG in NGO stands for Non-Government.

The Constitution says to count "all persons". The Constitution also provides for birthright citizenship. I don't agree with it but the obvious remedy is to change the Constititution. While we're at it. The Electoral College should be changed. Maybe we can find some bipartisan concensus.
