Tucker interviewed a former Capitol Police officer who was in charge of protecting the senate floor at the time. He continually asked for more officers, and only got radio silence. He asked if he can have permission to remove the senators out of the chambers, radio silence. He went and did it anyway. She was promoted for this fine work of not preparing the Capitol police to deal with this large protest. Of course you can also thank Pelosi, who ultimately runs the Capitol Police and the mayor of DC who turned down requests for National Guard troops.

Don't really count any convictions since the defendants were denied the use to view capitol tapes for exculpatory evidence. The only film the defense was given was where their clients face was seen. Everything about what they did screamed soviet courts. Denied Bail, Held without charges for years, denied evidence. Then were threatened to take deals or they would add charges to increase their time. Some people were guilty for sure, but that isn't the way we are suppose to go about using the justice system in this country.
