But from what I've read, the Prosecution can claim that the clock stops on the Statute of Limitations whenever Trump left the jurisdiction of New YHork.

It's not just something the prosecution can claim, it's the law. We went through this in the other thread. T4K found the controlling case. The SOL was tolled for every day Trump was continuously out of NY. Coming back occasionally only gave him credit for those specific days. It didn't make all the other days count.
