Tilting towards tRump, but need some convincing

I currently frame my dilemma as follows:

If Biden refuses to step down, is America, and the world, still better off with a senile figurehead president with a competent administration than a convicted felon, adjudicated business fraud and sexual abuser, micromanaging president of limited intellect that is a pathological liar with narcissistic personality disorder surrounded by an incompetent administration selected solely for their fealty?

In order to pull the lever for tRump on Election Day, I need someone to explain to me, with as much detail as possible, why the answer to my question above is that America is better off with tRump as POTUS.

I could also use some convincing, once again with as much detail as possible, that my concerns in bold print are completely unfounded, and that in fact, tRump and his probable administration personnel, are eminently qualified to govern the nation and represent the best interests of America internationally.

Thank you, and may God Bless America.

I can't give you detail, but I can say why it's better to have Trump as president.

As you know, the planet is warming. The ice caps are melting, the ocean sea levels are rising. The coming environmental calamity is going to be really hard to watch. Millions starving, thousands of species going extinct faster than you can name them, wars over more habitable land after billions become environmental refugees. Biden can't stop it. Who wants to live in a world like that?

On the other hand, Trump can't stop it either, but the upside plus is that you are sure to die much quicker under President Trump.
never mind the coming Civil War, he already has you identified through your anti-Trump posts on this website. He will send his monkeys to come eradicate you much sooner, saving you from the above described horrors of all of planet earth.

I suppose you could commit suicide, but that's a sin, and since you are a Catholic, I know you don't want to go to hell for that.

But, isn't it suicide just the same to vote for Trump?

I am resisting this paradigm and holding out hope that D's quit thinking about saving Biden, see the big picture and nominate someone different that regular non-partisan types can vote for. Our nation has to do better than Trump or Biden

As if any of us had any choice in the matter.
Look, it's trump or Biden. You must decide.
Hint: it's a REALLY easy choice!

Can Kamala win?

She's the only candidate who can unite the party and avoid a fatal splintering. But will the country elect a Black woman over the ex Horse's Ass in Chief?

Thoughts?

It cracks me up that establishment conservatives had the strongest political party in the land and they squandered it on tax cuts for the rich and foreign wars for oil. Also the likes of Scalia, Alito, and Clarence Thomas. Say what you will about Thomas, but he was smart enough to realize the Bush family put him on the court to make Bush types extremely rich - and his pay for that job was not meeting the mark.

So they lost that political party because nobody supports their atrocious policies, but they still have the same mantra. It's always the Democrats fault. Even with the rise of the Republican Party of the Stupid, it's the Democrats fault for not being establishment conservatives.

I think in this case I can even see her future while keeping an eye on her past.

Man, that's a good line. I think I'll use it a few thousand more times.

100% disagree. Politicians and political parties care about power and winning. A very persistent uprising would result in Biden being removed. All it takes is members of their party to care more about doing the right thing than winning. So far Ds don't.

I know you know you could replace Democrats and Biden in this statement with Republicans and Trump. I had no idea that Harry Edwards statement during my first weeks at Cal would ring so true: Sheer and utter power. I wish I could spell it like he said it. "Sheeah and udda powah"

The difference is obvious - Trump has too many rabid supporters for such a movement to ever work / happen. As a practical matter it is impossible.

Translation - this is the fault of Democrats because Republicans are too far gone to do the right thing

Pfft. I don't even know where to start with this nonsense.

Do I criticize your assertion that normal day folk can shape whether Biden steps aside?
Do I take issue with your generalization that all D's act a certain uniform way? As if people have a D label stamped on them which means they act and think alike?
Or do I flip it around and ask if Republicans care about doing the right thing?
