Hey 88, respect, but you know darn well that what you're saying here is a gross mischaracterization of what went down there: People entered the Capitol building that day for a variety of reasons, but some were violent insurrectionists... and those were the people that were breaking down that plexiglass, which was all that was separating the rioters from the last escaping members of Congress.

It's right there on video: the Capitol Police were way outnumbered and the Capitol and the members of Congress were being attacked. The cops warned them repeatedly, but they kept coming, so they were forced to shoot the first person in line, who happened to be an unarmed woman.

Too bad for her, but the shooting was 100% justified... and I think you know that.
