Lawrence O'Donnell was the only one who got the press conference right. It was 2016 all over again. The media gave Trump over an hour of live coverage (from his home) to spew lies and bs without any pushback. All giftwrapped from the media who, at the same time, completely ignored the Democratic side. It was a big win for Trump who completely took back the news cycle without even having to leave his home. He can always count on the media to fall in line for him.

There were no hostile reporters shouting questions. They were docile and well behaved. They were also not on mic because it was Donold's home and he set it up that way.
