yeah i was gonna ask you that. well, i was gonna ask you, 88, 34, Goggles and Poorly Edited. Do you agree with Steve Bannon that Trump is eligible to run in 2028?
There won't be any elections in 2028, it says so in the Project 2025 booklet, page 15.

I guess I'm looking for a yes or no as to Bannon's view.
You missed it? He was speaking to the Young Republicans in New York. His quote:bear2034 said:philly1121 said:hah. page 15 rails about socialism.bear2034 said:Cal88 said:philly1121 said:

I don't remember Bannon saying anything about 2028.
I don't believe Trump can run in 2028 nor should he even attempt to do so. However, he might consider trying what actually Obama did - find a brain dead stand in to run (like Joe Biden) and then control the stand in from behind the scenes like the wizard of oz. It work for Obama once (but failed with Kamala) so I suppose it could happen again.philly1121 said:You missed it? He was speaking to the Young Republicans in New York. "Donald John Trump is going to raise his hand on the King James Bible and take the oath of office, his third victory and his second term. And the viceroy Mike Davis tells me, since it doesn't actually say consecutive, that, I don't know, maybe we do it again in '28. Are you guys down for that? Trump '28?"
Are you down for that 34?
Maybe he can say that, since Elon Musk is the actual president now, he can run again in 2028?BearGoggles said:I don't believe Trump can run in 2028 nor should he even attempt to do so. I will bet you $1,000 (donated to the charity of the winner's choice) that Trump will not run in 2028. Agreed?

The current position of the Democrat party is that Trump doesn't have enough power. 🤣

Are you really so obtuse you don't see the larger point which was largely tongue in cheek. Never mind. you are.chazzed said:

Who didn't see it coming?
Don't think that will work. Is Trump a dictator or a dupe to Elon - pick one.philly1121 said:Maybe he can say that, since Elon Musk is the actual president now, he can run again in 2028?BearGoggles said:I don't believe Trump can run in 2028 nor should he even attempt to do so. Your foolishness is evidenced (most recently) by your assertion that I donated to Trump. The things you are "sure" of are wrong . . . so maybe re-evaluate your approach?philly1121 said:
Put money on what Trump does? I'm not a fool. As I'm sure you've donated to his campaign, Im glad im not in that category. Hopefully someday he will open up Mar a Lago to his less well heeled supporters.
