What you righteous righties are confused about is semantics. What you are referencing is called "affecting" the weather. Not "controlling".

And aren't you brainiacs on the right the ones who say anthropogenic climate change is fake? If we can't change the climate, what makes you geniuses think we can control the weather (a sizable component of what we mean when we say "climate")?

I did go to Auburn, people were nice though. I'll give them a pass for now as the football teams in that state are struggling a bit.
