China's one-year suspension of rare-earth export curbs buys time, but it leaves long-term supply chain tensions unresolved.

According to USAF whistleblowers, 90% of the people droned in Afghanistan were civilians.

Obama authorized more than 500 drone attacks on 7+ countries, killing over 3,000 people.
