$20B in 16 years - OMG!! During 14-15 of those year, Musk was a democrat.

What services were conferred for said $20B? Is it your suggestion that Musk was improperly awarded the contracts or did not perform on them? NASA's budget last year (1 year) was $24B, and Musk launched more rockets then NASA did - it is not even close. Musk's $20B worth of contracts probably saved the US billions of dollars and are about to save stranded astronauts.

Musk bids for contracts in an open and competitive system. That is not kleptocracy absent a showing he was awarded contracts improperly or did not perform. What is kleptocracy is progressives at USAID and other government agencies giving sweetheart no bid contracts to their friends at NGOs and other private companies, all behind closed doors without any disclosure of relationships.

And I'm not sure there is a conflict of interest for Musk though their certainly could be. His companies receiving government contracts is not automatically a conflict. And conflicts can be waived. How does Musk gain financially by cutting USAID, DOE, or other governmental contracts?

Since your so concerned about conflicts, please explain to me how it was not a conflict for Biden's family to receive payments from countries and companies with which Joe Biden dealt during his time as VP and president? I don't recall you posting about that.
