"This is how I will shatter the deep state and restore government that is controlled by the people and for the people.":

1. Remove rogue bureaucrats
2. Remove corrupt actors in security and intel agencies, complete overhaul.
3. Reform FISA courts to help judges.
4. Expose hoaxes by declassifying and publishing Deep State documents.
5. Crackdown on government leakers colluding with fake news.
6. Separate Inspector General's Office from sub departments
7. Create auditing system to monitor intel agencies so they don't spy on citizens or run disinfo campaigns.
8. Physically relocate government departments outside of the DC Swamp.
9. Ban federal bureaucrats from taking jobs with companies they work with.
10. Push Constitutional amendment to impose term limits on members of Congress.

Democrats wanted this too. Why couldn't they get this passed during the last four years?

I don't know. Some of it sounds great - kinda like the social media Truth Commissions - except the problem is someone has to decide was is truth vs lie, rogue actor vs hero whistleblower, etc. More people should have read books like "1984", remember the perils of Soviet era state control, etc.

Do you honestly think someone is going to whistleblow anymore? Never gonna happen. And if it does, that employee is toast.

The Purge starts.

I'm sure Donald Trump will have a well-considered definition here that isn't based on his own personal grievances at all!

That is the exact problem, yet somehow people on the left had no problem when it was their team (Biden/Harris and the dems) seeking to censor and impose "truth" on social media. That comment is not specifically directed at you - not sure what you said about this issue. But it certainly is coincidental that people on the left suddenly now see the danger here.

There should be a full investigation of anyone in government who directly or indirectly sought to pressure social media companies into de platforming posters or views, including through NGOs and think tanks that receive governmental funding. That should be an absolute red line. It is probably unconstitutional. It should be illegal. It is antithetical to first amendment principles.

The dems MaiC literally killed the Boeing whistleblower.
FBI whistleblowers ostracized
Gold star Colorado woman whistleblower about election fraud sentenced to 9years…

I'm sure there is much more.

If this admin starts wrongfully persecuting I will join your team and many critical thinking non brainwashed Americans will too.

Hawaii, welcome to the pond.

Tina Peters. Oh boy. Could you have not picked someone better than this woman? I loved the sentencing hearing on this fraud. Which, by the way, she never showed. Because she didn't have it. Because there wasn't. Tina Peters?! You're bringing her into this to prove what? She was a whistleblower? For what? L-A-M-E

Ah yes, Joshua Dean and John Barnett. And what would the Dems have to do with their deaths. I can't wait to hear this conspiracy theory. How did Boeing, Joe and Kamala collude to kill these two? I shall await this one also.

If not, no.

President Trump was banned from Youtube Jan '21 to March '23. He was therefore forced to post new policy videos to Rumble. Such as this one, which went viral today but is from Dec '22. You didn't see his video about censorship because he was censored.

Wow - this is well below your already typical TDS induced disconnection from reality. From the link you posted:

"At the same time, it's not always clear cut whose legal responsibility it is to foot the bill.

Reached for comment, a Trump campaign official said in a text message that "questions related to local law
enforcement and first responder costs should be directed to secret service."

At least two municipalities seeking reimbursements said they didn't have formal agreements with the Trump campaign about costs before the events.

Secret Service spokesperson Anthony Guglielmi told NBC News that it's the agency, not the campaign, that typically requests local assistance for such campaign activities.

However, the Secret Service "lacks a mechanism to reimburse local governments for their support during protective events," he said.

Guglielmi added that the agency has "identified this as a critical need" and is working with Congress to make it possible in the future."

And from this link:

https://www.cbsnews.com/minnesota/news/why-do-presidential-campaigns-often-skip-out-on-paying-cities-for-rally-bills/

"But it turns out the President Trump is not alone. A lot of presidential campaigns haven't paid the bills.

The Federal Elections Commission does not require candidates to pay for police protection. There are no uniform rules for what cities can charge. And some cities, like Duluth, never bother to send a bill because they don't think they'll get paid.

The Center for Public Integrity found Democrats and Republicans are equally lax, and some don't pay in a timely matter.

Democrat Bernie Sanders reportedly owed cities $449,409 for police security and public costs, however the Sanders campaign provided WCCO-TV with this Federal Elections Commission report showing the campaign has no outstanding debt."
________________

And something interesting here - it turns out Trump has been targeted for these "bills". For example, Albuquerque decided only to charge Trump, but not anyone else.

So as far as I can tell, it looks like Trump is mostly picking establishment Republican types for his cabinet. This wouldn't suggest a major shift in foreign policy, for example.

It looks the exact opposite to me, like there's a Trump loyalty test in order to get an admin job.

Picks might have existing political positions but they are not RINO's or McConnell R's. Looks like Trump v2.0 isn't messing around with people who aren't gonna toe the line

"President-elect Donald Trump has reportedly decided to appoint Republican congressman Mike Waltz of Florida as his national security adviser.

Waltz, a Trump loyalist who also served in the national guard as a colonel, has criticized Chinese activity in the Asia-Pacific and has voiced the need for the United States to be ready for a potential conflict in the region.

…….After Waltz left the US army, he worked in the Pentagon in the George W Bush administration as policy director for former defense secretaries Donald Rumsfeld and Robert Gates.

Under former vice-president Dick Cheney, Waltz served as a counter-terrorism adviser.

……In 2021, after Joe Biden ordered a chaotic evacuation from Afghanistan, Waltz asked Biden to reverse course and relaunch military operations in the region.

……The Intercept reported that before his run for Congress in 2018 Waltz managed a lucrative defense contracting firm with offices in Afghanistan."
