If Schiff's residency isn't a constitutional question to be decided in the courts, and if the answer doesn't mean Republican Steve Garvey gets sworn in for California, then there is nothing barring Trump from running for a 3rd term.

That tweet is an absurd nonsense assertion. Trump - like all presidents since FDR - is limited to 2+2. If he and the Rs try to get a 3rd term regular people - not just Soros paid protesters - will be in the streets, and I'll be there with them.

Also, let me get this straight . . . the people who complained endlessly about Kamala Harris being appointed as nominee "without an election" want Steve Garvey appointed to the Senate over the authority of the state's Democratic governor?

And the same people who pushed New Jersey resident Dr. Oz for Senate in Pennsylvania now care a lot about which house is Adam Schiff's "primary residence?" Give me a break. There is plenty to criticize Schiff for but this is nothing.
