Apparently we've slapped $1 - $1.5 million in fees for Chinese-built container ships to dock in the USA in an effort to revive American ship building (1%).

Iran is Israel's enemy, we had a fairly stable situation and relationships under the JCPOA, which has since fallen apart, and things have gone from bad to worse as there is very little daylight between US and Israeli foreign policy.
North Korea is the enemy of South Korea, close ally.
