When did movielover, or anyone on this site, say Russia has become much stronger than the U.S.?


In a conventional war, Russia is a problem. Our last two military operations were in and out, isolated operations. Russia has destroyed NATO / EU / Ukraine military capabilities, and we're hoping to reach 30% of Russia's ammunition production in a year or two. Russia also has Hazel, an unblockable Mach 10 midrange hypersonic missile with 36 programmable sub missiles. Escalatory dominance. Can we just fight a war w stealth bombers, bc our aircraft carriers might be useless. It would be ugly. Better to make peace, and get rare earths (not rare) from Russia. We have a lot in common.

The problem with this judgment is that Russia is currently in a "conventional war" with a much smaller country in Ukraine and is stuck in a quagmire. Yet somehow they would be a problem for the US if push came to shove?

EDIT: Let's face it, the supposed "strength" of Russia's military was a Kremlin propaganda narrative that you all have swallowed.

Ukraine reportedly has suffered 1.8 million KIA, probably 400K or more amputees. This is WWI / WWII artillery warfare which the west apparently didn't anticipate... augmented by drones, satellites, etc.

I bet we sent real small drones over Venezuela for recon.

The Dept of Homeland Security (DHS) began surging roughly 2,000 federal agents and officers from ICE deportation branch and Homeland Security Investigations into Minnesota.

The investigative objective appears to be utilizing the massive and systemic fraud throughout Minnesota as an entry gate to expand the investigation into other states.

This is such an obvious win for the American people. This is what the Democrats should be about. It's what they think they're about. But they had every opportunity to take actions like this (MFN pricing on pharmaceuticals is another example) and they passed. Why is that? It's because the Democrats are just the loony, authoritarian wing of the Uniparty. It's not Left vs Right or Dem vs Republican, it's statist corporatists vs populists. Being in power just means controlling how the loot gets distributed.
