I have worked for a Life Insurance company for nearly 30 years. I have never once heard of a claim being denied because of the Covid vaccine.
Even if that council said insurers could do this, a company would be asinine to deny such a claim because they would get absolutely hammered in the market place. Negative media exposure. Competitors would kill them at bid. They would lose more revenue from lost future sales than they would pay out on the insurance claim. Insurance companies don't sell anything tangible. They only sell a promise. Break the promise and bad things happen.
Their competitors will be facing the same problems with the large rise in claims due to covid vaccines, so they are more likely to cooperate with their industry than not.
As to the media, is not even covering this ("XXX News, brought to you by Pfizer").
One interesting aspect here is whether, going forward, insurance companies are going to charge higher premiums for the vaccinated once the additional risks are clearly identified from actuarial data.
