See, if you kill the chickens that lay the eggs, you get less eggs. If you have less eggs, the price goes up. You can print money but you can't print eggs.

Perhaps your knowing omission of why the Biden admin had the chickens killed, and your clear implication that it was unnecessary and the sole reason for egg prices going up., is what people take issue with.

Besides: none of those excuses matter. That was the situation when Trump claimed he'd lower prices. So, was he lying? Or stupid? I understand it's often hard to tell when dealing with MAGA. It can also be "both".
